Gatecrashers––On his first day out of rehab, amiable slacker John is given a simple job watching a toy store in Brooklyn.  Unfortunately, the toy store happens to be the focal point of a war for control of a “gate” to the Netherworld.  Talking teddy bears, foul-mouthed ballerina-witches and Hasidic Jewish cultists are only some of the many groups vying for the gate.  And they all put the violence in vying! With the help of a pretty Puerto Rican cop and a burnout pot-grower, a very reluctant John attempts to save the World.

 

Thoroughbred––Colleen, a fiery redheaded horse trainer at the Meadowlands racetrack is devastated when a beloved racehorse is killed.  But before she can grieve, she finds she’s been accidentally dosed with a potion by a murderous horse-worshipping cult.  Pursued by the cult, Colleen must rely on a gang of motorcyclists, a mob boss and a love-struck stable boy to keep her from a forced marriage to a demon.  But even the craziest of friends can only do so much, and Colleen must ultimately ride the race of her life with the stakes being her soul itself!
